Rooted in the vision of our honorable Chairman Dr. M. M. Amjad Hussain, Ocha House is inspired by the journey of building sustainable tea cultivation in North Bengal. With a mission to uplift local communities through employment and modern agriculture, he established tea gardens in Panchagarh despite challenging non-hilly terrain. Through innovation, artificial beds, irrigation canals, and modern farming practices, the region was transformed into a productive tea-growing hub supporting thousands of livelihoods.

Our tea gardens follow a carefully developed modern farming system designed for efficiency and sustainability. From creating structured plantation beds to managing water flow through artificial canals, every step ensures healthy tea growth. Even with seasonal challenges like heavy monsoon rains, proper land preparation and infrastructure help maintain consistent cultivation and protect crop quality throughout the year.
